Biorevitalisation is an injectable treatment that delivers non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid into the skin and stimulates its own collagen production. Unlike a classic filler, it doesn't add volume, but hydrates, firms and brightens tired skin on the face, neck and hands from within. At Dermarevolta clinic in Bratislava, we choose the product and the number of sessions according to the condition of your skin. The first changes are visible within a few weeks, and thanks to the anaesthetic cream, the treatment is practically painless.
Biorevitalisation is a short treatment with an almost immediate return to your daily routine. Using a fine needle, the doctor injects non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid at several points, from where the free strands quickly spread through the surrounding skin. Unlike a filler, it doesn't change the shape of the face, as the aim is skin quality, not volume. Depending on the condition of the skin, we choose a product ranging from Plinest and polynucleotides to Profhilo or Juvéderm Volite. The treatment takes around 20 to 30 minutes, and for a longer-lasting result it is usually repeated as a series. Below, we'll guide you step by step through the whole treatment.
The treatment begins with a consultation, during which the doctor assesses the hydration, elasticity and fine lines of your skin. Based on the findings and your expectations, she suggests a suitable product, treatment areas and number of sessions.
We choose the product with a specific purpose in mind: Plinest and Vitaran i polynucleotides help regenerate the skin, while Juvéderm Volite and Profhilo provide intensive hydration and firming. There's no single universal formula, it's chosen according to what your skin needs.
Before the injections, the skin is thoroughly cleansed and, if needed, a numbing cream is applied. This makes the treatment well tolerated, and most clients describe it as just a brief sting with each injection.
Using a fine needle, the doctor injects the product at several points in the treated area. The free strands of non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid spread from these points into the skin, where they bind water and stimulate collagen production.
After the application, the skin is calmed and a regenerating product is applied. Small papules and mild redness may remain at the injection sites for a few hours, which is a normal and temporary reaction after biorevitalisation.
For a visible result, we usually recommend a course of three to four sessions spaced two to four weeks apart. The effect is then maintained with one treatment several times a year; the doctor will determine the exact plan after the first session.
The price of biorevitalisation depends on the chosen product, the number of treated areas and the number of sessions in the course. The doctor will confirm the exact amount after a consultation and skin assessment. Below are indicative prices for the main products from our price listThe final treatment plan and the overall price of the series are agreed together before the first injection, so you know in advance what to expect and how much the treatment will cost. Skin biorevitalisation at the Dermarevolta clinic is performed by Yuliia Bilenko, a doctor of aesthetic dermatology and a member of the Slovak Medical Association. She specialises in injectable skin treatments with hyaluronic acid and polynucleotides, focusing on a natural result and healthy, hydrated skin rather than changing the shape of the face.
Before every treatment, she assesses the current condition of the skin and, based on this, chooses the product, treatment areas and number of sessions. She works with products such as Plinest, Vitaran i, Juvéderm Volite and Profhilo, and for each patient individually takes into account the skin's age, its hydration and specific concerns, from tired, dull skin to fine lines and post-acne marks.
“Biorevitalisation isn't about volume, but about skin quality. The aim is to restore the skin's hydration and elasticity so that it looks rested and natural.” – Yuliia Bilenko
The treatment is performed by Yuliia Bilenko, a doctor of aesthetic dermatology and a member of the Slovak Medical Association. This means the injectable skin treatment is carried out by a doctor, not a beautician.
We don't work with a single universal formula. Depending on the condition of your skin, we choose from products such as Plinest, Vitaran i, Juvéderm Volite and Profhilo, selecting the one that suits your skin best.
The goal is skin quality, not a change in facial shape. Biorevitalisation hydrates and firms the skin from within, so you look rested and natural rather than “treated”.
The procedure takes around 20 to 30 minutes, after which you can return to your normal day. Small papules and redness are temporary and usually settle within a few hours.
We don't treat only the face. Biorevitalisation can also improve the skin on the neck, décolletage and hands, areas that often reveal age sooner than facial skin.
The treatment takes place at the Dermarevolta clinic at Smaragdová 1 in Bratislava, which has been operating since 2013. We maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
Biorevitalisation is an injectable treatment that improves skin quality rather than volume. It introduces non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid into the skin, which binds water and stimulates collagen production, leaving the skin more hydrated and elastic. Classic filler, on the other hand, adds volume and shapes features, for example the lips or cheekbones. With biorevitalisation, we don't change the shape of the face, but improve its overall condition.
The treatment is generally well tolerated, and most clients describe it as just a brief pinch with each injection. A numbing cream is applied if needed. Papules are small raised bumps at the injection sites, caused by the product settling just under the skin. They are common and temporary, usually resolving within a few hours to a few days.
For a visible result, we usually recommend a series of three to four sessions, spaced two to four weeks apart. The exact number varies depending on the condition of the skin, age and the product chosen. After the initial series, the effect is maintained with a single treatment a few times a year. The doctor will suggest an exact plan after a consultation and skin assessment.
The effect of biorevitalisation usually lasts four to six months, after which a maintenance treatment is recommended. The duration depends on the condition and age of the skin, lifestyle and the product used. Hyaluronic acid is gradually broken down in the skin, but the collagen production it triggers helps the skin stay in better condition for longer.
We most commonly treat the face, the area around the eyes, the neck, the décolletage and the hands. Other areas where the skin is losing elasticity and hydration can also be treated. The thin skin on the neck, décolletage and hands tends to be more prone to dehydration, so we recommend not leaving it out of an overall rejuvenation plan. The doctor will suggest specific areas based on the condition of your skin.
Both methods are injectable and improve skin quality, but they differ in composition and depth. Biorevitalisation relies mainly on concentrated hyaluronic acid or polynucleotides and focuses on hydration and elasticity. Mesotherapy uses a blend of active substances, such as vitamins and amino acids. The doctor will recommend the most suitable method for your skin after a consultation.
We don't perform biorevitalisation during pregnancy and breastfeeding, in cases of inflammation, infection or injury in the treatment area, or in certain autoimmune conditions or blood clotting disorders. Suitability is always assessed by the doctor at the consultation, where we also ask about medications and chronic conditions. For this reason, the treatment is only carried out after a personal skin assessment.
Leave your skin undisturbed for the first few hours and avoid touching the injection sites unnecessarily. Most everyday activities can be resumed straight away, but for a few days we recommend a gentler routine.
