The price of the procedure depends on its type, the size of the growth, and its location (face/body). As Dermarevolta is a private medical facility, procedures are paid for directly at the clinic. The price includes local anesthesia, the procedure itself, suture material, and aftercare instructions. Histological examination is charged separately according to the current laboratory price list.

Does the clinic collaborate with health insurance companies?
Dermarevolta operates as a private medical facility and does not have contracts with health insurance companies. Procedures within day surgery are paid directly at the clinic according to the current price list. However, thanks to this system, you do not need a referral from a general practitioner, and we guarantee fast appointments without long waits, an individual approach, and ample time for every treatment.
Does the surgical removal of a mole or lipoma hurt?
Not at all. Before each procedure, we apply an effective local anesthetic that immediately and completely numbs the area. During the procedure itself, you will feel no pain; you may only perceive a gentle touch or slight pressure. After the anesthesia wears off (approx. 2 hours after the procedure), the site may be slightly tender, but this is typically manageable without pain medication or with common over-the-counter analgesics.
How long is the healing process and when will my sutures be removed?
Healing time is individual and depends on the location and size of the procedure. On the face, sutures are typically removed after 5-7 days, while on the body (back, limbs) it is after 10-14 days. To ensure a fine scar, it is important not to wet the wound for the first 24 hours and to limit sports activities that could stretch the skin until the sutures are removed.
Can I have a mole removed even in the summer?
Yes, surgical removal can be performed year-round. During the summer months, however, it is essential to consistently protect the fresh scar from sunlight (either by covering it with a bandage or using SPF 50+ sunscreen). By following this precaution, you will prevent unwanted pigmentation of the scar and ensure its aesthetic healing.
Do you also offer a permanent solution for ingrown toenails?
Yes, we focus on permanent solutions. In the case of ingrown toenails, we do not perform just a temporary nail avulsion; instead, we carry out nail bed surgery (partial matrixectomy). This procedure specifically narrows the nail and removes the part of the root causing the ingrowth. This minimizes the risk of recurrence and provides permanent relief from the pain.
What happens to the removed growth?
Patient safety is our top priority. Every removed pigmented mole and most skin growths are automatically sent for histological (microscopic) examination to a specialized laboratory.
