A private skin clinic for children and adults: mole checks, treatment of acne, eczema and psoriasis, no referral needed.
At our skin clinic in Bratislava, we focus on diagnosing and treating skin conditions in both children and adults. We manage acne, eczema and atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, skin rashes, warts and itchy skin. We pay special attention to moles, which we assess using digital dermoscopy. Examinations are carried out by a physician specialising in dermatovenereology and trichology.
Below you will find an overview of the examinations and procedures we perform at our skin clinic. We cover the entire patient journey — from the initial dermatological examination through precise diagnostics to the procedure itself or long-term treatment. Most procedures are carried out on an outpatient basis, under local anaesthesia and on a single day. If you are not sure exactly what you need, book an initial examination and the physician will recommend the next steps.
We are a private clinic, so examinations and procedures are paid for directly at the clinic and no referral is required. The prices listed are indicative; the final amount depends on the type and extent of the procedure. Below you will find prices for basic examinations, while the complete price list for all dermatological procedures is available on a separate page. The physician will confirm the exact price for a specific procedure after an in-person examination.
The skin clinic at Dermarevolta is led by Olena Lavreshyna, a physician specialising in dermatovenereology and trichology. She focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of skin conditions in children and adults, dermoscopy of skin lesions and modern methods of treating skin diseases. She studied general medicine at the Faculty of Medicine of Kharkiv National University and obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree at the Postgraduate Centre of Medical Education.
She gained her experience in dermatovenereology clinics, at the Institute of Trichology and at the Health Medical Centre. Alongside dermatology, she also focuses on trichoscopy and scalp care. During examinations she places emphasis on accurate diagnosis, a clear explanation of the findings and a treatment plan tailored to the patient's condition. She explains to patients not only the diagnosis itself, but also how to care for the skin at home and what may worsen the symptoms. She treats both children and adults, and in chronic conditions she emphasises long-term monitoring. She is a member of UHRS.

We assess moles using digital dermoscopy, which magnifies and documents the finding. This allows us to track changes over time and catch early any that need attention.
As a private clinic, we can book you in without a referral from your GP, usually at the nearest available slot. Both the examination and the procedure take place on an outpatient basis in a single day.

Removed skin growths are sent for histological examination to a laboratory. This gives you a clear, verified finding — you know exactly what the growth was, not just that it's gone.
Alongside dermatology, we also offer trichology, phototherapy and aesthetic procedures. If your case requires it, we can combine treatment across several specialties.

It's advisable to have moles checked when you notice a change. These signs in particular deserve attention:
Read more in the article what a dangerous mole looks like. We recommend a check even without symptoms, especially if there is a history of melanoma in the family.
Yes, we treat skin conditions in both children and adults. In children, we most often see atopic dermatitis, molluscum, warts and allergic rashes. The approach and treatment are always adapted to the child's age and the nature of the finding. You can read more about treating atopic dermatitis on the page eczema and atopic dermatitis.
The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis under local anaesthesia, and you go home the same day. The physician first assesses the growth with a digital dermatoscope, which we also discuss in our article on dermoscopy and mole examination, and then chooses the appropriate removal method based on the findings. We send the removed tissue for histological examination so that you have a clear diagnosis. After the procedure, you will receive healing instructions and we will arrange a follow-up appointment.
Eczema and psoriasis cannot yet be cured completely, but they can be effectively kept under control. The aim of treatment is to reduce symptoms and prolong periods of remission. Acne can be significantly improved in most cases, but patience and adherence to treatment are important. The physician will propose a specific plan based on the form and extent of the condition.
No special preparation is required. It helps to bring a list of medicines and products you take or apply to your skin, as well as any previous medical reports. For a mole examination, come without make-up or self-tanning products on the areas being checked. If you have a specific problem, a photo showing what it looked like previously may also help.
